Editor: BRAPU-CHINA 2022 / 12 / 06 The brapu dry and wet combined cooling tower combines the heat transfer advantages of air cooling and evaporative cooling, and can realize dry and wet combined operation. It is an intelligent operation closed cooling tower with multiple practical technologies such as efficient cooling, energy saving and water saving, white fog elimination and easy scaling. This product compact structure, heat transfer high efficiency, low operation cost, convenient installation, maintenance and other advantages. Especially, it has a good application prospect in the soft-water closed circulation cooling system. At present, the brapu dry and wet combined cooling tower has been widely used in the industrial circulating water closed cooling system, especially in the arid and water shortage areas.
When the temperature is high in summer, the cooling water in the coil is cooled by spray water evaporation, which operates under wet condition; if the outdoor temperature drops to a certain temperature, the spray water is turned off and directly cooled in dry condition. Combining the heat transfer advantages of air cooling and evaporative cooling, the combined dry and wet operation can be realized. When the designed water stop temperature is above, the evaporative cooling is the heat exchange body, the air cooling is the auxiliary, and most of the heat load is borne by the evaporative cooling; when the designed water stop temperature is below, the air cooling is the heat exchange body, the evaporative cooling is the auxiliary, most of the heat load is borne by the air cooling, and the evaporative cooling can be stopped for dry operation. To achieve the purpose of water saving in the cooling process of circulating water and saving the operation cost.
Brapu dry and wet combined cooling tower has successfully served the global metallurgy, steel, electric power, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, textile, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, paper making, air separation oxygen production, polysilicon and many other industries.
